Personality:
IceSplatter's personality is quite simple. She's a pegasi who loves to stay high up in the clouds. After all, she lived in Cloudsdale for several years and worked in the weather factory making snowflakes, rainbows, and such, she never gets tired of going even higher. Sometimes, she'd mellow out and go hang with the animals too but that's only rarely if not ever. She prefers the sky and she just loves how it has no limit!
Special Talent: Her special talent is having extra steady hooves and able to paint sparkles and paint snowflakes period.
History: IceSplatter was just recently traveling through the area when she came across this small town. She thought it would be a nice experience to make friends since currently, all her friends were all out of town busy in Fillydelphia. She walked up and enjoyed all the business and decided to stay a while. To her, it's a nice place. However, you can always find her in a cloud, not a normal house like the normal ponies. It's not that much fun inside of a cooped up house.
